Who is Worship School for?
Worship School is for anyone who helps shape the worship life of the church. Whether you are a worship leader, vocalist, musician, production team member, sound engineer, lighting operator, lyrics operator, camera operator, designer, photographer, visual worship artist, creative leader, event team member or someone with a heart to serve God’s House through worship and creativity, this space is for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Across three days, we will make room to encounter Jesus, grow in our gifts and be equipped to carry His presence back into our churches, teams and communities.
You can expect powerful worship, biblical teaching, practical sessions, moments of impartation, honest conversations, Q and A, focused streams, creative labs and time to connect with others who are passionate about worship, creativity and the local church.
CREATIVE STREAMS
Our streams are designed to give you focused and practical input for the area you serve in.
Production
For those serving in sound, lighting, lyrics, cameras and broadcast. This stream will help production teams grow in skill, confidence and spiritual awareness as they serve the worship environment.
Musician
For instrumentalists who want to grow in skill, sensitivity and team culture. This stream will focus on serving the song, playing with purpose and building a strong worship team sound.
Worship Leading
For worship leaders and vocalists who are learning to lead people with confidence, humility and a fresh hunger for the presence of God.
Visual Worship
For creatives, designers, photographers, video teams and visual worship artists who help shape what people see and experience in worship. This stream will explore how visuals, creativity and atmosphere can help point people towards Jesus.
Labs
Our labs are practical spaces designed to help you grow in key areas of worship, creativity and leadership.
Songwriting
For songwriters wanting to grow in their craft and explore writing songs for personal expression and the gathered Church.
Leading a Team
For those leading creative and worship teams, with a focus on developing people, building healthy culture and leading well.
Events
For those involved in dreaming, planning and delivering church events, gatherings and significant moments.
Lament in Worship
Exploring the biblical language of lament and how worship can make room for grief, longing, hope and trust in God.
Lyrics & Screens
For those serving with lyrics and screens, exploring the practical skills and heart behind helping people worship without distraction.
Visual Arts
For artists and creatives exploring how visual art and creativity can become meaningful expressions of worship.
Film & Photography
For filmmakers, photographers and camera operators exploring how visual storytelling can capture and communicate what God is doing.
Producing
For those bringing creative ideas to life, exploring how to create meaningful moments with excellence, whatever the budget or resources available.
Kids & Youth Worship Culture
For those serving the next generation, exploring how we can help children and young people encounter Jesus and develop a genuine culture of worship.

Our campus is located at 80 Felton Street, Gateshead NSW 2290, just a short drive from Lake Macquarie, Charlestown, and Newcastle’s beautiful coastline.
