At HopeUC, we believe in the power of prayer and the impact it can have on the lives of those around us. For the next 40 days, we’re inviting you to take a simple but powerful question—“Can we pray for you?”—outside the walls of the church and into your everyday interactions.

This year’s Can We Pray For You? campaign is about boldly reaching out to those in our communities, believing that prayer has the power to change hearts, heal wounds, and bring breakthrough. Whether it’s in a conversation with a friend, a neighbour, or a colleague at work, we want you to take this question with you everywhere you go.

How Can You Get Involved?

There are many ways for you to participate in this exciting campaign:

• 40-Day Prayer Guide: Receive daily prayers and Scripture to pray over your community. Download the guide now!

• Mini Prayer Cards: Take a stack of our mini prayer cards with you—small enough to fit in your wallet, they’re perfect for sharing with people on the go. You can even leave a few at local businesses like cafes or shops, creating opportunities for prayer wherever you go.

• Prayer Walks: Organize a local prayer walk with your family or life group.

• T-Shirt Evangelism: We’ve created special Can We Pray For You? T-shirts that not only look great but help you start conversations wherever you are. Wear your shirt and see how it opens doors for meaningful conversations about faith, prayer, and God’s love. Check out the T-shirts here.

• Join our 7pm Prayer Zoom every Monday night

• Life Group Prayer Lists: Partner with your life group to pray over a list of people in your community or your lives who need prayer. Commit to praying for them over the next 40 days and see how God moves! 

• Social Media: Share online! Use the hashtag #CanWePrayForYou to inspire others to get involved.
