GO

The GOING

Every July we set outside time to reach into our local community and partner with great organisations and schools having a great impact on our communities. Listen out to your local campuses plans this July and please get involved. We will also be running short-term mission trips during JULY.

HOPE LOCAL

Hope Local Teams

We regularly send response teams and short-term mission trips to disaster affect areas in NSW and our partners in outback NSW. Email hopelocal@hopeuc.com if you’d like to register interest for the next trip.

SCHOOLS

We love our schools

We have a great opportunity to be in schools through scripture teaching, mentoring and high school breakfast and lunch programs. We are involved in schools all over the Hunter and Central Coast, and would love you to join. Register interest at www.hopeuc.com/au/regos on the “We love our schools” event or email hopelocal@hopeuc.com

EAPA

EAPA Vouchers

The Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) Scheme helps people experiencing a short term financial crisis or emergency to pay their electricity or natural gas bill and stay connected to essential services. Bookings are available at our Newcastle and Charmhaven Campuses by appointment only.

HOPE IN THE MIDST OF CANCER

Meals of Hope also provides hope in the midst of cancer, with our teams delivering nutritious meals and grocery hampers for the families of those currently undergoing cancer treatment in the Newcastle, Maitland and Central Coast areas.

Gifts of Hope

Every year in October and November, we invite our church in all our campus locations to donate gifts towards our annual Christmas appeal, Gifts of Hope. Along with some beautiful gourmet hampers, these gifts are wrapped and delivered to bless families in our community, who have had a particularly tough year, and to bring hope & joy in the season of Christmas.
