Hope Unlimited Church is progressing the site at 19 Faunce Street, West Gosford, toward a mixed use development, focused on delivering much needed housing, including affordable housing, in line with Gosford’s growth strategy.
The property was originally acquired as part of our vision to establish a church presence in Gosford, with openness to how the site could also serve broader community needs.
As planning and technical work have progressed, it has become clear that the site is uniquely positioned to contribute at scale to regional housing, as well as support local jobs, services, and long term economic benefit.
In response, we have taken a considered approach to pursue the highest and best use of the site for the wider community, while actively seeking a more suitable location for a future church home in the Gosford region.
This allows both outcomes to be achieved with clarity, maximising the site’s contribution while continuing our commitment to building a strong, accessible support base for the local community.
We remain committed to Gosford and are grateful to all who have supported this vision over many years.
